Rise Anew Yoga, in partnership with Austin Bike Farm, presents Yoga For Cyclists!
Bringing people together for movement and the joy of community, Yoga For Cyclists opens with a short educational workshop focusing on the vital muscle groups for maximum cycling performance and yoga postures that stretch and strengthen these muscles. We’ll then move into a 45 minute vinyasa style yoga practice that incorporates these poses to assist in strong, supportive posture and efficient movement and power on the bike. The whole thing will culminate in a group bike ride (approximately 10 miles at a social pace)!
You’re guaranteed to leave feeling good in body, mind and spirit and with some new friends and new yoga skills for pre and post bike rides!
