With in-person training being paused due to COVID-19, Rogue Running will begin offering virtual training beginning May 9.
The program will include weekly emails from coaches with instructions for the week and overall training information. There will also be maps of suggested routes for long runs and recorded strength training workouts available on Zoom for viewing at any time. The recordings will include multiple options per week, including a 16-week strength training program with three workouts per week, a core workout and yoga class.
Rogue will also be hosting a virtual Zoom call with current members on Friday, May 8 at 6 p.m., we will do a virtual Zoom call with all current members of Rogue Nation (across all locations from Austin to NYC) to kick off the build-up to fall races from September to December. Non-members are also welcome to join the call.
