Lone Star Brewing Michelada Contest

Lone Star Brewing Company just announced its first ever Rio Jade Michelada Contest! Winner will recieve a cash prize of $5,000! The rules: any current resident of Texas that is of legal drinking age can submit their recipe. Recipes can consist of any spice and garnishes, but the recipe must include Lone Star’s Mexican-style lager, Rio Jade.

Three finalists will have their michelada recipe evaluated by guest judges at a private event in San Antonio on June 17 and take home a cash prize!
