Get ready to Flow, Hit, and Stretch at Castle Hill Fitness! This class combines Yoga flow and intervals of dynamic low impact bodyweight exercises (yoga HIIT). A full and mindful workout in 45 minutes. You will leave feeling strong and focused!

 

Sign-up opens 6 days in advance. Classes are included with CHF membership or are available for purchase a la carte.
