4-week workshop OFFERED AT NO COST. ON SITE
The steps you take are important. They get you places, connect you with people, and keep you independent.
Balance improvement can transform you! It is your pathway to whole-person wellness. Improvement in balance can reduce and even prevent falls, and most importantly, can relieve the fear and worry of moving around. And that is well-being.
We care about restoring your well-being and helping you to discover simple ways to prevent falls.
This workshop, developed by Butler Center for Dance & Fitness Director Vicki Parsons, is excellent for adults of all ages, but especially beneficial to adults age 50 plus, or those dealing with the effects of neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and stroke.
