This workshop is designed to introduce adults (and teens age 16 and up) to the Hip Hop culture and dance. The focus is to build a solid foundation to execute popular dance moves. So come on adults and let’s get moving to pop and hip hop music.

Hip hop dancing improves energy, lifts mood and lowers stress in ways similar to aerobic exercise. That’s in addition to the fun!
