(While this workshop is for adults, we welcome teens ages 15
and older)

Designed for those who have never had a ballet class, this
workshop teaches ballet from the very beginning. At the end of the session, you
will have learned some of the fundamental positions, vocabulary, and basic
principles of ballet.

Adult ballet also offers a fun way to tone and tighten your
body and work on strengthening your core, balance, and posture.

Cost: $148 for 6-week workshops
