As colder temperatures fall upon us, we find ourselves with a familiar craving for seasonal signature drinks. Try these three healthy versions that’ll hit the spot!
1 (13 ½ ounce) can full-fat coconut milk
2 tablespoons water
2 pitted Medjool dates
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ginger powder
½ teaspoon ground cloves
In a blender, puree until completely smooth then add to hot or cold brew. Use two to three ounces of the creamer per cup of coffee.

1 3/4 cups chilled apple cider
3/4 cup chilled pomegranate juice
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt or vanilla yogurt
1 cup canned pumpkin (not pie mix)
2 Safest Choice™ pasteurized egg(s)
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 medium size apple (unpeeled, core removed), optional*
Whipped cream (optional)
Notes: Use Gala, Fuji, Golden Delicious, or other favorite apple.
Place all ingredients except whipped cream in blender container; blend until smooth. Serve immediately, topped with whipped cream, if desired.
