WHAT DID YOU THINK OF THE WORKOUT?
Well, due to my latest contest preparation I arrived at this KMB feature with two intense workouts under my belt and was honestly quite tired.
Needless to say, it wouldn’t take much to Kick My Bootie this month, so after a few exercises I had to politely excuse myself from the tough workout. Seeing how this is an amazing free opportunity, we asked the trainer — Karen Pierce (who had a tremendous amount of energy directing the workout in the blazing Texas sun) — to describe how it all got started and what keeps her doing it.
