Pet of the Month: Artie

Howdy AFM!

This month’s featured pet is Artie, brought to you by Austin Pets Alive! Artie is a three and a half year-old adventurous Pitbull mix with adorable ears that point up, but flop at the tips! He is an energetic dog who loves to play all day, especially with toys and other dogs. Artie’s favorite activities are fetch, playful wrestling with a friend, and going for car rides.

He would do well in a home with a yard where he can get the zoomies out. He loves to greet every dog he sees when out for walks, but gets frustrated when he can’t. So an area for him to release that energy is best. Artie loves to please people and is a smart and curious pup!

He prefers other dogs and adults over cats or young kids. While Artie loves to play hard, he is also an expert level cuddler, and loves to curl up with his favorite people on the couch for a nap. He does well meeting new people and settling into a home quickly.
