Quick and Easy Breakfast Shake
1 packet vegan protein powder,
fresh or frozen fruit
Coconut water
Half an avocado OR MCT oil
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Not only is eating a quick and healthy breakfast important for starting our day, having healthy snacks ready and available is also a must. A piece of fruit, a handful of nuts, a container of yogurt, a protein bar—all these options make great snacks to keep around when the hunger pangs hit and we’re too busy to stop.
