Ambassador’s Corner: Evolve Cryo + Wellness

Hello Austin Fit Fam! AFM influencer Nikki Zahka (@FitwithNikk_)  again and this time I am so excited to highlight my personal favorite wellness and recovery spa in Austin, Evolve Cryo + Wellness. They’re located on South Lamar in the retail space of The 704 apartments, such a great spot with plenty of things to do within walking distance.

I started going to Evolve about three years ago for their Sauna and compression therapies to help with workout recovery and honestly just a great relaxing time. I’ve had the chance to try out a wide array of their services over the years but one of the things I love about Evolve is there are so many different options to choose from.. And there always seems to be new services and products popping up to try! I am nowhere near testing out everything they have to offer. Guess I’ll have to just keep going back..

Before getting into my visit, this Ambassadors corner is dedicated to I Live Here I Give here. Amplify Austin, which is the #1 Giving Event in Central Texas, took place in early March. Now onto my experience with the new REGEN machine, it was my first time hearing about it and come to find out Evolve is the only location in Texas that has this amazing machine! I was greeted at the front desk and taken into a room with a funny looking machine with multiple arms. They did a great job explaining what the machine is, exactly what it can do and discussed some of my goals, any type of health issues I’m currently facing and areas of my body I’d like to work on.
