So, we’ve prepared 12 days of workouts from all over town full of new or holiday themed fitness classes to keep yourself both sane and healthy throughout the holidays. Get in the mood for the holidays at the Core Power Yoga location at the Triangle. On December 17 at 6 p.m. come out for Yoga Sculpt with DJ Jason Stella live in class bumping holiday tunes. It’ll be a combination of free weights, cardio and yoga postures for a sweaty 60 minute full-body workout set to upbeat holiday tracks.

Your favorite barre class a holiday twist. On December 19 you can pulse, shake, arabesque and grand plié to a trap remastered version of The Nutcracker. Tutus, high buns and your trap vibes are welcomed. If pliés aren’t your thing, they’ll be having a Christmas Eve 45 minute Barefoot Bootcamp Express set to the beat of your favorite holiday jams. Or if you’d rather Bah-Humbug to the festive themes, they offer weekly class to the usual playlists too.

This resistance workout focuses on tempo and range of movement. Timing is 35 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. With a mix of kettlebells, sandbags, and barbells, this class will have you singing Jingle Bells all the way home.

Peach Camp with Zeik Molina
To help keep you peachy
Every Saturday at 10:45 a.m., Monday at 5:30 p.m., and Wednesday at 6 a.m. and 12 p.m. Zeik Molina kicks your peach into shape with a HIIT style class targeting all the major muscle groups in the lower body. Feeling a little No matter the day or holiday, get ready to plump it up.
Then at 9 a.m. on Saturday mornings, get ready for Zeik’s non-stop cardio kickboxing class for all levels! First class is $6 for Bootcamp and $10 for kickboxing including free wraps and glove rental. If you’ve sweated it out at E+E before, then the normal drop in rate is $30.
