Recipe: FIX Office Party Cocktail

Ingredients

Persimmon Syrup

2 small persimmons, tops removed and chopped
(1 cup)

1 cup palm coconut blossom sweetener

3/4 cup water

3 2-inch strips lemon zest

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 whole star anise

FIX Office Party Cocktail

1 1/2 ounces FIX Vodka

1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 ounces persimmon syrup

Topo Chico

whole star anise for garnish

Preparation

Add FIX Vodka, lemon juice and persimmon syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake until ice cold (about 15-20 seconds). Strain into chilled coupe glass and top with Topo Chico. Garnish with a star anise.
