What character did you dress up as and why?
I dressed up as Harley Quinn. I loved watching Margot Robbie play her character in Suicide Squad and in Birds of Prey. She’s funny, passionate, unpredictable, and just the right amount of crazy.
What was your first Halloween costume/memory?
I remember dressing up as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. I had my hair in cute pigtails, and I loved my red ruby slippers.
Favorite Halloween treat?
Reese’s Pumpkin Shaped Peanut Butter Cups.
Favorite haunted house?
Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studio in Orlando, FL
Favorite scary movie?
Any Tim Burton Movie
Scariest situation you’ve been in?
I almost missed a flight while overseas because the hotel manager tried to use me as collateral for a debt. Thankful to have made it home!
Harley Quinn
Harley Quinn was once Dr. Harleen Quinzel, a bright, ambitious psychiatrist working at Gotham City’s infamous Arkham Asylum. Her career took a fateful turn when she was assigned to treat the notorious Joker. Fascinated by his madness, Harleen fell in love with the Clown Prince of Crime and eventually helped him escape the asylum. Overwhelmed by her obsession, she abandoned her career and adopted the criminal persona “Harley Quinn”, becoming the Joker’s devoted, though often mistreated, accomplice.
Personality and Abilities
Harley Quinn is known for her whimsical, irreverent personality. Her unpredictable behavior often hides the deep emotional scars left by her relationship with the Joker. Harley combines a childlike glee for destruction with moments of vulnerability and intelligence. While many underestimate her as just another villain, she’s a master manipulator and highly skilled in psychology, acrobatics, and combat.
She often wields a large mallet or baseball bat, adding to her playful yet menacing persona. Despite her humorous and erratic exterior, Harley is a survivor, adapting to any situation while maintaining her distinctive style.
