Excuses – we’ve all got them when it comes to making healthier food choices. Any of these ring true for you?

1. Because it’s a holiday

2. Emotional eating

emotionaleatingYeah, we’ve all been there. But is ugly crying while stuffing your face really going to help things? Please, put down the spoon and step away from the ice cream.

3. I already blew it

blew itJust because you pigged out doesn’t mean you should give up forever.  You can always start again beginning at your next meal (P.S. If your overeating was triggered by a girls’ night in, maybe you need to encourage your friends to take up healthier habits.).

7. I don’t have time to eat healthy

8. My team won! My team lost!

9. I want to get my money’s worth at the  all-you-can-eat buffet
