Then come float your fitness to the next level with SUP Surf Yoga. SUP Surf Yoga is a combination of Yoga, Pilates and surfing exercises on a stand up paddleboard to create fluid strength & mobility. Improve whole-bodied coordination, balance and focused breathing with intentional grounded movement coaching. Come build core-integrated strength & superior balance, while practicing principles of dynamic centeredness for FUN in the SUN on the WATER!
In this 90 min class students will receive top notch Paddleboarding and Movement/Yoga instruction. Ease and conquer your fears as you learn where to stand and move on the board and how to stay centered for the most success! Learn the art of “yielding’ through your movements instead of over contracting and forcing them. When we become in-tune with the flowing water outside & within, we tap into the most POWERFUL version of our natural self.
